Licensing
Renga works in trial mode for 30 days, then switches to reduced functionality mode. In order to continue working with the program without any functional limitations, the license is required.
To learn how to license and purchase licenses, contact your Renga reseller.
Standalone License Installation
To install a standalone license:
- At the bottom of Start page, click License Wizard.
- Follow the License Wizard instructions.
Use of Network License
To use a network license for Renga:
- Run Renga. On the Primary panel, click Settings
, go to the License server tab.
- Specify the names or IP addresses of the primary and alternate License servers. To separate entries, use semicolons (;) without spaces. For example:
server1;192.168.1.5
- If the License Server is located on the local network, check Automatically detect License Server.
Use of Non-Commercial License
If you are using Renga in trial mode or under a non-commercial license, you may not use it for any commercial purpose.
- When you open a project in Renga under a non-commercial license, a watermark is displayed. This watermark cannot be removed.
- When you save a project in Renga under a non-commercial license, the project becomes non-commercial and is always displayed with a watermark.
- When you synchronize a project in Renga under a non-commercial license, the project becomes non-commercial and is displayed with a watermark for all collaborators.
