Display styles

Style selection makes it possible to insert into the drawing only a certain set of objects of those that are present in a model. Moreover, the display of objects can be configured in various styles differently.

All the designations created in a model, except for a room contour, are not displayed when views are inserted, regardless of the selected style.

Any display style may be applied to any view or an object.

Display style is assigned in the Display style Parameter of a view or an object. When selecting a layout style, you can create a new style if there is no suitable style in the suggested list. Select the Other option on the display styles' list.

In addition, to create and edit display styles, you may use Manage styles – Design – Display styles on the Primary panel.

To create a new style:

  1. In the Display styles editor, create a new style by clicking the New display style button.
  2. Set the new style name.
  3. On the right side, define each object visibility on the drawing view, to which the style will be applied.
  4. Configure the visible objects:

Please note, after editing/deleting styles in the editor, by clicking OK, all the performed changes will be applied to the related views and objects permanently.
