The Visual style allows you to display an object in one of the following styles:

  • Wireframe. The object is displayed with all lines and surfaces in black and white. Object reinforcement is displayed.
  • Monochrome. The object is displayed with all lines and surfaces in black and white The colors of the lines and hatches correspond to those specified during creation or in the material editor.
  • Color. The object is displayed in color. The color and hatch of an object depends on the material assigned to the object. If material is not assigned, then the predefined colors are displayed.
  • Textured. The textures assigned to materials are displayed on object surfaces. If there are no textures, the object is displayed as in a colored visual style, but without hatch.

Display style. Style selection makes it possible to display in a drawing only a certain set of objects of those that are present in a model. In addition the display of objects can be configured differently in various styles.

Filter. Filters allow to select only those assembly objects that match to the specified criteria, when inserting an assembly.

In order to insert an object:

  1. When formatting a drawing, select the Object tool .
  2. In the Parameters panel, select Object view on the list.
  3. To get an object section set Section plane offset and View depth plane offset.
  4. Select an object scale.
  5. Select visual style, display style and filter.
  6. Select the view insertion point in the drawing.

If the same mark is assigned to different objects, then any of these objects will be inserted. Please avoid assignment of the same mark to objects with different parameters.

Object parameters can be modified both in the process of object view construction and editing.

Object view editing consists of expanding and reducing the view boundaries, changing its scale and replacing the object view with a different one.

Object view editing does not include model modification.

When editing a model, the object inserted in a drawing is automatically updated.

All the universal operations are available for inserting object views in a drawing.

In order to modify, copy or relocate a created view, select it by the Select tool.
