Door Styles

The door style may be applied to the door of any shape or size. The style defines the appearance and filling proportions of the door.

You can manage the panel, lining, threshold, casing and transom parameters with the door style.

When selecting an object style, you can create a new style if there is no suitable style in the suggested list. Select the Other option on the list of Door styles.

In addition, to create or edit door styles, you may use Manage styles Door styles on the Primary panel.

  1. In the Door styles editor, create a new style by clicking the New door style button.
  2. Set the new style name.
  3. On the right side of the window, add panels and specify their properties.
  4. On the Parameters tab, configure the appearance of the door with the panel, lining, threshold, casing and transom parameters.
  5. On the Properties tab, you may set values of properties, created in the Object properties editor.
  6. Click OK.

In order to add a panel:

  1. Click the Add panel button in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
  2. Click the new panel, it will highlight in pink. Specify its settings in the lists that open in the upper part of the window. The selected settings will be schematically displayed in the editor.
  3. To set width of the panel, select the split line between the panels, then drag the split line to a new position as needed.
  4. To specify the width of the panel more precisely, select the separator and enter the offset value as a percentage of the left or right edge.

The new panel always adds to the right and divides the last panel by 2 equal parts by default.

In order to imagine approximately what a door filling of the required proportions will look like, change the dialogue box dimensions.

To reduce the number of door leaves, click Delete panel .

To save changes in the editor, click ОК. To cancel changes, click the Cancel button.

Please note, after editing/deleting styles in the editor, by clicking OK, all the performed changes will be applied to the related objects permanently.
