Duct Styles

Duct style defines shape, parameters and properties of a duct.

When selecting an object style, you can create a new style if there is no suitable style in the suggested list. Select the Other option in the list of duct styles.

In addition, to create and edit duct styles, use Manage styles – Duct systems – Duct styles on the Primary panel.

  1. In the Duct styles editor, create a new style by clicking the New duct style button.
  2. Set a name of the new style.
  3. At the top right of the window select a duct profile shape.
  4. On the Parameters tab, specify the duct diameter, thickness, length, material and other parameters.
  5. On the Properties tab, you may set values of properties, created in the Object properties editor.
  6. To save the changes in the editor, click OK. Click the Cancel button to exit without saving.

You cannot change the category of an object when editing a style.

Please note, after editing/deleting styles, by clicking OK, all the performed changes will be applied to the related objects permanently.
