The Paste link... command allows you to paste link to a PNG or JPEG image to the model.
To insert an image into a model or assembly style:
Paste link...![]() | Image position relative to axis. Each option on the drop-down list shows how the image will be located relative to the insertion point. |
![]() | Image horizontal offset. X axis offset relative to insertion point of image. Can be negative. |
![]() | Image vertical offset. Y axis offset relative to insertion point of image. Can be negative. |
![]() | Link name. Displays the link name defined in Links editor. |
![]() | Uniform scale. |

![]() | Image height. |
![]() | Precession. |
![]() | Nutation. |
![]() | Spin angle. |
![]() | Level. It determines image level. |
![]() | Vertical offset. Determines the vertical offset of image relatively to the insertion point. |
The parameters may be modified both in the construction and editing process. Press Enter to fix the parameter values.
All the snaps and accurate construction are available when working with image. In order to modify, copy or move a created image, select it using the Select tool.
All images that are pasted into the project are displayed in the Links editor. To add a new image, use
Manage styles –
Links on the Primary panel.
