Ramp

The Ramp tool includes the following construction modes:

Line by specifying two points;

Arc by specifying three points;

Arc by specifying start, center, end points.

Ramp parameters:

Ramp position relative to baseline.

Ramp horizontal offset. Can take negative values.

Ramp height.

Ramp width.

Ramp slope (determined automatically by the preset height and length values).

Ramp shape.

Ramp thickness. Used in cases when the ramp is reinforced.

Level. Determines the ramp level.

Vertical offset. Determines the vertical offset of a ramp relatively to the baseline.

Material.

Mark. The parameter is used to insert objects into a drawing.

Parameters may be modified both in the construction and editing processes. Press ENTER to fix the parameter values.

All the universal operations are available for ramp construction.

To snap any objects to the ramp, use one of the snap lines: left, center, right.

In order to select the snap line, move the pointer to its expected position.

The ramp cuts off the walls and floors that are under it. If the ramp only partially intersects an object whose elevation is higher, then the object will not be cut off.

In order to modify, copy or relocate a created ramp, select it using the Select tool. To switch the ramp direction (up/down), use the Flip option on the shortcut menu.
