The Paste Link... command allows you to paste links to 3D models in Model and Assembly styles in the following formats:

The parameters may be modified both in the construction and editing process. Press Enter to fix the parameter values.
All the snaps and accurate construction are available when working with 3D model. In order to modify, copy or move a 3D Model, select it by the Select tool.

3D models in 3ds Max, LightWave, StereoLithotraphy, OBJ, COLLADA, FBX, and VRML formats are displayed only as bounding boxes on the level. 3D models in C3D, STEP, IGES, Parasolid and ACIS formats are solid and their projections or sections are displayed on the level. The display of a 3D model in JT format depends on the information written to the file. |
All 3D Models that are added into the project are displayed in the Links editor. To manage links, use
Manage styles –
Links on the Primary panel.
